The Quaternio Yellow throw is handwoven in Spain using a traditional wooden manual loom. The wool’s production process is traced from farm to yarn, securing a top-quality raw material that, with just the right amount of washing, offers maximum warmth and is naturally dirt repellant. Soft and light, the look and texture of these throws improves over time.
Featuring two special finishes: a fringed finish and a unique yellow band running across the width of the throw with a green and white band running vertically. The Quaternio Yellow throw is derived from Zuzunaga’s graphic signature and essence: boldness and joy of color.
London-based Catalan designer Cristian Zuzunaga is known for creating timeless and sustainable home and fashion textiles inspired by the psychology of color, architecture and nature, embodying the synergy of opposing forces. Working at the intersection of art and design, Zuzunaga calls this usable or wearable art, using color to positively affect human emotion.
