Hi, I'm Katie Colormaiden

I’m passionate about color and organization.

When you have a party, I’ll be excited to sort your dirty glasses.

As a little girl, my parents let me choose colors to repaint my room. I chose cobalt blue and a deep kelly green. I remember the blue and green checked bedspread and curtains in a rich, nubby fabric and the blue bookcase with my lion puppet I saved my allowance forever to buy. I loved it. It started to put my own stamp on the world.

I drew illustrations highlighting people in my high school yearbook. I framed writing with leafy borders. I’ve always loved helping people present themselves to advantage and making them feel good in their environment, whether on a page or in a room.

Now, I design rugs for gorgeous new beginnings. I help you find your true colors and create an environment that feels exactly like the life you're imagining.
