Returns & Refunds Policy

All Rugs are Made to Order & Begin Processing Upon Payment

Rug orders are nonrefundable as they're custom-made just for you. Deposits are nonrefundable since orders begin processing with our mill as soon as placed.

Original artwork fees cannot be returned if you were to decide not to proceed with a design (this has never happened), as the work is tightly scheduled.

If there's a manufacturing defect, it will be examined and replaced if needed.
