Some of you have heard me use the phrase "Bliss Day" or say "Happy Bliss Day." It started for me about 5 years ago when my perfect day formed itself on Fridays, through luck, grace and working on what matters to me. It looks like this:
Bliss. This made the rest fall into place.
On my way home I get scrumptious food.
So pretty and they smell really good.
SOMETHING GREAT TO DRINK
I sip something delicious, a nice reward.
Then a great meal and I let go of the week.
The early morning work makes me not feel guilty about ducking out to go to yoga. And yoga makes me feel amazing plus gives me much-needed socializing.
Covid shut down my beloved yoga studio. I still get to continue online but I miss it so much, as does everyone who takes that class with my great teacher, Jill Ganassi.
I realized that the mixture of focused work and getting out and yoga was magic for me.
Do you know what your perfect "day in the life" looks like? If you don't know, I've got a great little cheatsheet to help you figure it out. PM me and I'm happy to send it to you.
