Happy New Year's Day

Had a rare feast of a New Year's Day -- outing with great company and food (cauliflower steak -- amazing and escargot, my infrequent to die for indugence) in my favorite little town, the upscale and unpretentious, beautiful Bronxville. It was packed; this is after things died down. Nice jazz piano too.
