Your home, whether a sprawling complex or a modest studio apartment (I've seen stunning studios BTW) is your own personal sanctuary away from the hustle bustle of the world. It's a place for you to feel nurtured, respected and loved.

By doing a little exploration into who you are. Creating your home sanctuary involves being honest about what makes you feel good. Just because you grew up with something doesn't mean it fits who you are now. But it might. We'll explore so you can know what really pleases and supports you.

Make room for your soul

It may sound extreme but decluttering makes room for your soul that's being squeezed out by the chaotic noise of clutter. Your home is where you regroup, think, chill, ponder, plan, socialize and live. If you can't find what you're looking for or have stopped using a closet or even an entire room because it's jam-packed and scary to go in there, you're not just short-changing your space; you're short-changing your life. 

In music, it's the rest note that creates the sound you love. This is not just poetic; it's a fact. The same is true for the space you live and work in.
