The design may or may not include a full view of your fuzzy favorite. After you submit your art deposit, I'll ask you about their favorite places, their personality, their quirks. What do / did they love to do?
The artwork will embrace their silliness and their beauty. It's a great conversation piece and most importantly, it brings an extra dose of love into your living and working spaces.

ARTWORK
After your art deposit is received, I'll request multiple photos of your pet, showing their full body and face. If we're incorporating or referencing a favorite toy or place, you share those images also. Then I'll create your custom rug art, designed specifically to work well and look good as a rug.
Your rug can be square, rectangular, circular or a runner, depending on your wishes and what works well with your artwork. One round of revisions is included. More can be done for an additional fee.
SAMPLE
After your design is finalized, your rug payment is due and manufacturing begins immediately, which includes an oversized sample. An oversized sample section ensures that you love the real life colors.
RUG
After you approve your sample, your full-size rug is completed and delivered to you to enjoy and cherish for years to come.
Note that original art is copyrighted and rights remain with Colormaiden unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If you wish to use the art in any other context, contact me to discuss possible arrangements.
Artwork takes approximately two weeks after receiving all needed reference photos and depending on backlog.
Sample production is approximately four weeks.
All rugs, including samples, are custom-made per order. Standard timing to manufacture your full rug is 12 weeks. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
A sample of your custom pet rug design is required to ensure color accuracy.
An oversized sample (2' x 2', 1' x 1' or 1' x 4' depending on the design) shows yarn colors and a section of the design before creating your full-sized rug. You can hold your sample up against your furnishings in your room.
If you decide not to proceed with your full rug after receiving your sample (which has never happened), fees remain nonrefundable, as materials and manpower have already been allocated.

You can request hanging loops if you'd like to use any design as a wall hanging. Include a note with your order or message me.
If you'd like to order a different size of this design, a new form can be created for you with related fee to create the art if it’s suitable for the design of your choice.
If you'd like a different colorway, that can also be created as a custom order.
All Rugs are Made to Order
Art and rug orders are nonrefundable as they're custom-made just for you and immediately scheduled. Orders begin processing as soon as placed. Custom work is carefully structured.
If there's a manufacturing defect, it will be examined and replaced.
