You may request a Zoom call where I can show you a sample of your chosen design.

You can also order an oversized sample (2' x 2' or 1' x 1' depending on the design) if you'd like to see colors and a section of the design before purchasing your full-sized rug. You can hold your sample up against your furnishings to be sure you love the colors and design in your room. 

If you decide not to proceed with your full order after receiving your sample, the cost of your sample is nonrefundable, as samples are also made to order.

All rugs are nonrefundable as they're custom-made just for you. Deposits are nonrefundable as orders begin processing as soon as placed. If there's a manufcturing defect, it will be replaced.
