An oversized sample (2' x 2', 1' x 1' or 1' x 4', depending on what works best for your design) is part of the process of creating your custom rug so you can hold your sample up against your furnishings to be sure you love the colors and design in your room.

One revision is included in the artwork fee; additional rounds are available upon request, with associated fees.

All rugs, including samples, are custom-made per order. Standard timing from order placement is approximately 2 weeks for design, 3 weeks for samples and 12 weeks for full-size rugs. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

You can request hanging loops if you'd like to use any design as a wall hanging. Include a note with your order or message me.

All Rugs are Made to Order & Begin Processing Immediately

Art and rug orders are nonrefundable as they're custom-made just for you and immediately scheduled. Orders begin processing as soon as placed.

If there's a manufacturing defect, it will be examined and replaced if needed.
